Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after your purchase. Our apparel is created on-demand which means some of our products will need to be printed or produced before it ships.

  1. Shipping Options:

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days.

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

  1. International Shipping:

We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on your location. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for specific information.

  1. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the items, and the destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (Note – you will only receiving a tracking number if you purchase trackable shipping). You can use this number to track your order's status online. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  1. Shipping Carriers:

We partner with trusted shipping carriers, such as UPS and Canada Post, to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

  1. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

Some items may be subject to international shipping restrictions, and we are unable to ship them to certain countries.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Dirt Track Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address to minimize the risk of such occurrences. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
